Merry Wagner
As the Principal Agent and Owner of MRW Insurance, Merry leads the organization with a community-minded approach. She understands the role that her business plays in the community in helping customers throughout the Valley find peace of mind through insurance coverage options. It’s this sense of service to the community that drives everything that Merry and the MRW Insurance Agency does.
As part of that commitment to community, Merry maintains many roles outside of the Agency including serving as a sustaining member of the Junior League of Youngstown and a member of the Board of Directors of Oh Wow! The Roger and Gloria Jones Children’s Center for Science and Technology in Youngstown and the John F. Kennedy Catholic School in Warren.
Kathy Chaffee
Commercial Lines Service Specialist
Kathy serves as our Commercial Lines Service Specialist where she works with our business customers to secure the coverage they need to protect their way of life. With a wide depth of commercial insurance coverage lines, Kathy finds fulfillment working through all of the details of contracts — no matter how big or small. And with more than 30 years of experience in the industry, she understands those details and contracts like no one else.

Commercial Lines Service Specialist
As our Personal Lines Agent, Ericka works with our customers to help them protect the things that matter to them through our home, auto, life and health insurance coverage options. So it’s no surprise that Ericka finds the most enjoyment and satisfaction in her job when she is helping others.
